If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased on the Beroza website, please return the product at your cost by courier within 24 hours of product delivery to the following address:

For a return, please fill in the return and send a printed copy of the filled in Return form along with the product. Please ensure that the product is returned with its original packing, box (if any) and any other material that came along with the product. The returned product must be in unused condition as we cannot issue refunds for products that show signs of use. If these steps are taken, the original purchase amount will be credited to your account. Download Return form

We guarantee your product for up to one month from the date of purchase. We will repair your product free of charge during this period (fill in the Return form - please print reason for repair in bold letters on the form). On expiry of the guarantee period you will be charged based on the nature of repair

Please note that for both returns and repairs, customers are responsible for shipping charges. We also strongly recommend that you insure your return shipment as we cannot be held responsible for products that are lost in transit. 


All refunds will be initiated after we have received the merchandise at our factory. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit. Please ensure that the return packet reaches us within 10 working days from the time of initiating the return. We cannot offer any refunds on any sale item, or used or opened products.

Refunds will be done through NEFT. Please allow ten working days, from the time of receiving the returned product at our factory, for credit into your account.
